Apartamentos Iguanas is situated in a peaceful, private & safe hideaway location in Esterillos Oeste, just 20 minutes South of Jaco Beach and 45 minutes North of Manuel Antonio.

We offer 3 quaint luxury units; a one bedroom unit attached to the main house and two one bedroom units on the second floor in their own separate building. The two one bedroom units have astonishing ocean views. They are fully furnished and include a/c, cable TV, kitchen with a range, microwave, refrigerator, and a toaster oven. The unit attached to the main house includes a/c, cable TV, microwave, mini-fridge & basic mugs, glasses and silverware. Each Unit has a queen size bed that sleeps two adults with an additional full size bed that pulls out from underneath that sleeps two children or one adult comfortably (a tight fit for two adults). Air mattresses are available upon request.

All units have access to the pool with a choice of two outdoor showers one by your room and the other pool side. A private path will lead you to the beach which is just a short 5 minute walk from the property. There are two general stores and a handful of restaurants and bars all within walking distance. And when your stomach is full, you can walk through miles of tide pools during low tide. If you’re up to it you can keep walking to Punta Judas which spans a quarter mile out into the ocean which hosts a protected turtle reserve. Once the tide starts coming in, grab your surf board, head out and enjoy the world renowned surf.

Toward the end of the day grab a chair, kick your feet up and relax in the ocean breeze with the beautiful iguanas and tropical birds on your covered balcony while overlooking the splendor of Esterillos Oeste Beach through the tropical trees of paradise.

This 3 bed-3 bath colorful condo has ten foot ceiling for a spacious open feeling. Each bed room has it’s own full tiled bathroom.The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a huge walk-in closet and a balcony overlooking the pool area that gets the best sunsets most every night! The other two bedrooms are decorated with bright Island colors. The dinning area has seating for 6 and a granite bar with stools.The living room has a Queen size sofa sleeper, flat screen cable TV, DVD to watch movies or to play your favorite cds.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, nice dishes , pots and pans, wine glasses, dishwasher, micro, blender, coffee maker, toaster. The unit has it’s own washer-dryer and a shared pool.

We rent by the week-the month and shorter periods can be arranged. We accept credit cards and PayPal. Our rates are between $140-$275 a night- $700-$1800 a week – and $1800 a month for the off seasons.

Come stay at our newly renovated villa. There is nothing like staying in a place that has so many new amenities. The cleanliness alone will make you feel comfortable. Downstairs we added another loveseat with a DVD/VCR player and a 19″ flat screen TV (all new!). If you are watching something in the living room the kids can stay on the same floor and watch something else in the other room, off the kitchen. Very few villas have this extra TV/Study room – especially on the first floor. We also added GameCube with Games in this room!

On the main floor, along with the above additional room, enjoy our beautifully decorated and newly furnished living room overlooking the Golf Course. Our Sleeper Sofa has a Queen size bed. Relax and fall asleep in our oversized comfy recliner! Relax to the sound of the Stereo with the 6 CD changer player or watch TV on a big set which has a DVD player. You may never want to leave this great comfy chair. There is also a desk area with a printer. Along with everything in our living room enjoy a lighted ceiling fan with remote control, for those of us that enjoy a little extra breeze on hotter days. The kitchen is fully stocked and has many new amenities. There is a half bathroom which has been renovated and updated. There is cable TV throughout and Broadband Wifi Internet Access!
